We will need to upskill by 2025 to stay relevant

As emerging technology enters our professional and personal lives at an unprecedented rate, the way we work and live is going to change dramatically.

1 billion jobs will be radically transformed by technology in the next decade.

I think about this, a lot.

How will it affect me? My work? My kids? (the kids question is a whole different ballgame!)

According to the World Economic Forum’s 2023 Future of Work report, more than 75% of companies globally are looking to adopt new technologies like artificial intelligence and web3 in the next five years.

For employees to stay relevant, 50% of the world’s population will need upskilling by 2025, and over 57% are already being trained either by their workforce, or individually.

Technical knowledge and skills topped the list of keywords C-suite executives look for when interviewing job applicants.

So, whether we like it or not, we need to start using AI.

And why wouldn’t we?

It can help us work better and faster.

It can help us do tasks we never thought we could do in our lifetime, in the minimum…
