Here’s what you need to know about ChatGPT 4o
Just when I thought I was getting my head around optimising the use of ChatGPT, poof, there is a newer, better version 🙂
Also, I help others learn to optimise their use of tools like ChatGPT, and now I’m guessing I need to start over!
It’s okay. I’ve embraced a love-hate relationship with technology.
A few quick things to know about the new version of ChatGPT:
It’s called ChatGPT 4o (o = omni)
- ChatGPT 4o is available to everyone — even free users!
- It brings ChatGPT 4 intelligence to free users (for paid users, you have 5x more capacity than free users)
- Because it’s publicly available, it means its taking our interaction as a society with machines to the next level (there are over 100 million users of ChatGPT!)
- There is an improvement in quality of output and speed (Yay!)
- This model accepts and generates any combination of text, audio, and images, which makes this the strongest and most versatile model yet.
- ChatGPT 4o can now see and process live videos through your camera in real-time (yikes!?)
- And, wait for it, it picks…
