Sam Altman did a great talk recently at Stanford University on this and here are my key highlights.

Sam Altman, the CEO of OpenAI — who has build ChatGPT — is my go-to to keep up with what’s going on with AI — big picture.

I feel that he is one of the few people who is speculating the future but also building it.

Whilst my goal is to use AI to work better and faster, I still like to keep tab on where we are going with it.

How will it affect our future and that of our kids?

Sam Altman did a great talk recently at Stanford University on this.

Here are the key points that stood out for me:

⚡We are living in the best time in history of technology.

⚡The biggest challenge we have at the moment with the development of AI is how to build big enough computers.

⚡By giving everyone access to ChatGPT, we are giving people really capable tools and letting them figure out how they can do great things.

⚡Tools have two sides, like a hammer — it can be very useful or it can kill people.
